Turkey Cheddar Panini

Hey all!
We wanted to drop a very easy and fun lunch or dinner idea for you!  The Panini is nothing new we admit.  However how you make it can be!  We wanted to show you a fun way to put a very delicious meal together for a very affordable cost.  Panini's are great because you can really make all different outcomes.  Dressing them up however you wish and just having fun with them.  We recommend getting a Panini grill.  They aren't expensive and can do so much more than cook your Panini!  Ask for one for a holiday or birthday even!  Chef loves his and uses it regularly.  However if you do not have one you can use the stove top and a pan.  We think the investment is worth it!

This also is a 30 minute meal and for some reason you skip the bacon part it is even shorter!  Cooking the bacon was the longest part!

Serves 1
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients: Bread (We used Rye but use something thin and large) 2 Slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese Turkey. Thinly sliced. Onion Tomato
Bacon Strips Honey Mustard. Butter
Chips

Directions:
Prep all your ingredients. Cut the onions, tomatoes, cook the bacon. Ect...
We recommend larger thin bred like Panini bread. We went with a Rye and liked it.
Butter one side of the bread and leave it butter side up.
Next put your may, or mustard if you like on the other piece.
Layer of cheese on that.
Then layer your meat.
Then Layer the bacon.
Then anything like the tomatoes, Onions or anything else.
Then another slice of cheese.
Place the other piece of bread on top butter side up.
Heat your Panini Grill up and place the butter side of the Panini down.
Butter the top, or other side now and lower the Panini grill down.
Cook for several minutes till the bread is crispy and has nice line marks.
Remove and cut down the middle.
Serve up with a side like chips!

Here it is!

We hope you really liked this post. This is such a fun and simple meal to make! You can use different meats or non at all. Mix and match and try new ideas. The outside bread has that hard crispy texture and the inside of the panini is soft. It makes for such a great meal! We encourage you to check out this dish and the video below!

Thank you all again for joining us for this very fast and tasteful dish!  We really enjoyed this one because how fast it is to make!  The flavors are up to you so be creative!  Thanks again for joining us and we do hope you try this meal out.

Fried Chicken Balls

Hello all!

Here is such a fun and easy appetizer or dinner for you to try!  Everyone loves fried chicken right?  Now make them in nice easy to eat sphere formation with no bones!  Chef liked making this dish because he got to experiment with some different breading as well.  This dish makes a wonderful appetizer however you can make it a lunch or dinner easily.  Chef also tried some fun things like adding cheese to the middle of them and just experiment all around which he enjoyed and likes giving you the results.  Make sure you keep reading to see how to make them and how they turned out.

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 25 Minutes
Cook Time: 3-5 Minutes

Ingredients 1 Lb Ground Chicken 2-3 Cups Crushed Cornflakes,Panko or Italian Seasoned Break Crumbs. 2 Table Spoons Smoked Paprika 2 Table Spoons Garlic Powder 2 Table Spoons Italian Seasoning 4 Table Spoons Crushed Parm Cheese Pinch Salt Pinch Pepper 3 Eggs 1 Table spoon Milk 2 Cups Flour Any Dipping Sauce you like.

Directions:
Start off with your pound of ground chicken in a bowl.
Season it with salt salt and pepper.
Mix the meat well and set aside.
Get your breading ready. Bread crumbs, Panko or corn flakes in a separate bowl.
Season with the Paprika, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning and Parm Cheese mix well. All three breading will come out differently so you are aware.
Then roll the ground chicken into small balls. In the video they looked a bit larger chef says go even smaller. Bit sized.
If you want mix it up and place a small piece of mozzarella cheese inside then fold the meat around it.
Dredge the balls in flour, then egg wash which is eggs and a bit of milk. then roll in the breading.
Place on a plate and repeat.
When all the meat is gone put the plate in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to let sit.
In the mean time heat up some oil to about 330 to 350 degrees but not hotter.
When the oil is ready lower a few balls in the oil and let cook.
Move them around and wait till they float.  Depending how big they are they will cook longer.
Take them out and let rest on a wire cooling rack for a few minutes.
Then plate up with your favorite dipping sauce!

Here they are!

We think you will enjoy this meal because it was simple and fun to make. Always be careful with using oil of course. Chef enjoyed making this because he knows they are a hit at the parties. IT also was a fun and new dish to try so why not try it! Below is the video and we do ask you watch it so you know what to expect! Also inside the few fried balls chef used Sharp cheddar cheese but again use Mozzarella because it has a higher heat tolerance.

Check out the video!
We do hope you try this out.  Everyone is different in terms of what they like but Chef said the Panko were one of his favorites. They had a great crunch and came out well.  The only other advise he said was to make sure to make the balls a bit smaller, larger ones will take more time to cook and there is a possibility you can burn the outsides and the insides are still raw.  So keep the heat around 300 after a bit of cooking as well.

Thank you all again for joining us and we do hope you try this out.

How to make a Cast Iron Cookie Sunday

Hello all!

We have a very easy how to post today!  Ever want to make a delicious and easy dessert?  This one is so that!  Chocolate Chip Cookies are so good, so why not freshly bake one and put some ice cream on top!  Our how to videos are always meant to be fast and easy.  This dish is both and came out so delicious.  We think you will love it!  It had a great hard outer shell and warm just baked enough inside.  You will want to invest in a small cast iron pan, however you can get away with a larger one as well.

Ingredients:
Cooke Dough
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Sauce
Ice Cream

Directions:
Chef used store bought cookie dough just because shortcuts are fine!
Make sure the cast iron has a bit of oil laced around it.
Then layer the sides and bottom with your cookie dough.
You want the later not to thick but shouldn't see the black surface.
Cook at 350 degrees for several minutes and remove when the middle rises.
Use a knife or tooth pick to poke the middle allowing it to go down.
Put back in the oven for several more minutes and remove and let set for a bit.
Place some of your favorite toppings on and there it is!

Here it is!

We really enjoyed this video because how easy it was and how amazing it came out.  Most others will make the cookie dough from scratch but in this day and age its to much.  Feel free to just buy it made up and use that!  We really think you will enjoy this fun dessert.  Feel free to check out the video below to see how we put it all together!

Thank you so much again everyone for stopping by.  We do think you will enjoy this fun how to post and do hope you try it!  Small cast iron skillets are really fun to use and can be used for so much.  Pick one up and try it out!

Thank you all so much and remember,
