We all tried it and loved it, the dish was gone! Our narrator even got to try some so lets hope drying his narration he says this! So we hope you check out this dish below, using the stove is great for the winter nights and it takes no longer than 30 minutes to make! Some of the team made this and had their families and kids try it. They came back saying the kids loved it! So yes kid approved!

Serves 5
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb Beef
2 Cups of bow tie pasta
1 can of drained diced tomatoes.
1 1/3 cup beef broth
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 Table Spoon Worcestershire sauce
1-3 Medium sized Yellow Squash thinly sliced
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Pepper
Italian Bread Sliced
Directions:
In a large skillet cook the beef over medium heat and start to break it up so it is finely ground.
Once fully cooked, drain and season with salt and pepper.
Add then stir in: Tomatoes, Beef Broth, Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce and pasta.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 10-12 minutes
Add Squash and Green Pepper and mix around until tender.
Add 1/2 cup of cheese and mix around.
Cook for 1-2 more minutes then plate.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Serve with some buttered sliced Italian Bread!
