"Thee" Fried Chicken Sandwich

Hey everyone!

Today we are gonna show you how to make a fried chicken sandwich. This sandwich is so simple and easy you are gonna love it! Now you can make up restaurant style fried chicken sandwich's for your family and friends! You can also mix up the spices we used and try ones you might like better we just want to give you all a base to how to make this. We can't tell you how amazing this did come out. We do hope you try this and everyone have a fun and safe 4 of July! We do know there are so many great different recipes out there for this and we do hope you try ours! We made it as simple as we could and yes, it came out amazing! In fact we have made these many times since this release!

Prep Time: 4-8 Hrs
Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 4-8+ Hrs

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients: Thin sliced chick breast cutlets. (Cut in half and pounded lightly) Buttermilk (Enough to cover the chicken in a bowl) 2 Tablespoons Salt (1 For wet, 1 for dry mix) 2 Tablespoons Pepper (1 for wet, 1 for dry mix) 1 Tablespoon Paprika (Wet Mix) 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika (Dry Mix) 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder (Dry Mix) Oil for frying Buns Sliced Pickles Shredded Lettuce

Directions:
Lay out the Thinly Sliced Chicken Cutlets and use a meat mallet to tenderize. Use gently.
In a large bowl add the buttermilk, salt, pepper and paprika.
Mix well
Place the chicken in the buttermilk mix and put the bowl in the fridge for anywhere from 4 hours to over night.
Just before you fry get your dry ingredients ready.
In a large bowl add your flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
Mix well.
Heat up oil to 375 and get all your bowls ready.
Take a piece of chicken from the wet buttermilk bowl and dredge it in the flour bowl. Make sure the chicken is coated well. Do this for a few pieces and place in the hot oil. Don't over crowed the oil.
When putting the chicken in the oil lay it in slow and move it side to side so it goes in slow. This will be a safer approach.
Watch the chicken and flip them in the oil after a few minutes. When the chicken is cooked it will float to the top of the oil. Chicken is also done at 365 degrees. They won't take long since they are think pieces.
When the chicken is golden brown and cooked remove it and put it on a tray then put the tray in a warm oven. About 200 degrees. This will crisp them up more and keep them from cooling down as you continue to cook!
Once all the chicken is cooked remove and start plating them up!
Decorate the bun however you like and serve up! We suggest nice crispy fries!

Here it is!

As you can see it does have a great look! It was so good too! Very crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. A great fried chicken combo! You can mix this up with different spices in the wet and dry ingredients as well as make your own cool mayo but we keep it pretty simple! Check out how we did this below!

We do hope everyone enjoyed this video, we sure did! This honestly was one of our favorites. The sandwich came out so good and we already served it to family and friends who just loved it! Save on going out and make this up you will be so happy you did! Thank you all again for checking out site out and we hope you stick around and look over other post and vids!

Steak Bites

 Hey all!

It is fall season and we think you will really enjoy this fun dish!  It can be an appetizer or meal! Cooking steak is fun on its own but why not cut it up into fun bite sized pieces and try something new!  This dish came out so wonderful we absolutely loved it!   This dish also is Gluten free as long as the seasonings you use are!  So try this out as a dinner or app at your next party!  Check out below how we pulled this one off!  This dish is also Gluten Free if you check to make sure the seasonings are you used!

Prep Time: 40 Minutes
Cook Time: 10
Total Time:

Serves- 6-8 (Depending how many steaks you buy)

Ingredients: Steak- 1 steak per person we used NY Strip USDA Choice (Middle of the road, BUY FRESH STEAKS) 2 Tablespoons of canola oil 2 tablespoons minced garlic or 4 cloves Steak Rub- we bought ours to save time however below is a generic steak rub! Steak Dry Rub 3 Tablespoons Salt 3 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin Mix all together.

Directions: Buy FRESH strip steaks, as many as you have people. (We used 4 for the vid) Season all the steaks front and back with salt. (You can use pepper/AP rub as well if you want.) Let the steaks sit for about 30 minutes so they can warm up a bit and the salt can extract some of the moisture. After 30 Minutes trim all the fat off the steaks Cut the steaks in to bit sized pieces, about quarter inch sized pieces. Place the steak pieces in a large bow and coat in a rib rub. Either the one above or any you like! Toss the steak bites in the rub coating them all. Heat up your cast iron pan. (Or cooking pan if you don't have cast iron.) Add Canola oil and let the oil get nice and hot. Once hot place the steak bites on the pan/oil and let sear. You wan the pan hot so you sear the steak bites Flip the steak bites after about a minute, or so. After another minute or so remove the steak bites. (Depending how you like your steak cooked. Leave them on longer if you like them med to well done.) Leave all the oil/grizzle in the cast iron and add butter. Once the butter is melted add the garlic. Add the steak bites back in to the pan. Move the steak bites around and baste them in the butter garlic mix. After basting for a minute or so take them out and plate them up. Add some chopped up parsley over top and a spoonful or two of the basting oil from the pan. Serve up with tooth picks as an app or eat for

Here they are!

We do think you will enjoy this dish, they came out really good. Great flavor, the steak cut so well and the meat just melted in our mouths. This dish surprised us all! Below is the video on how we put it all together so be sure to check that out!

We do hope you enjoyed the video and try this one out! Steaks alone are so good but try cutting one or two up and doing this. You also will be the hit at any party if you serve this as an app! This dish is Gluten free if you check the seasonings to make sure they are! It is a win win! Thanks everyone for joining us and we do hope you try this along with other dishes we have made!

Glazed Pork Chops

Hello all,
Pork chops can be a difficult dish to make.  Many people might find them dry.  However we have a recipe we think you will really enjoy.

Serves:  1-2 (or how many chops you buy)
Prep Time:
Cook Time:
Total Time:

Ingredients:
2 Bone-In Pork Chops
2 Table Spoons Butter
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Table Spoon Cornstarch
1 Table Spoon Water
Brown Sugar
Fine salt/pepper
Course AP rub.  Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder

Direction:
Pick up some fresh Pork chops
Salt and Pepper each side and let sit out a bit to warm up (20 Minutes)
After about 20 Minutes put more coarse AP rub on.
Dredge each cop in flour coating the entire chop.
Heat up a cast iron skillet and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted put the chops in.
After several minutes and the sides of the chops start to color, flip them once.
After several more do a quick temp check.  You want them above 145 internal.
Remove the cops and add the vinegar, maple syrup and cover for a bit.
Add the cornstarch and mix well.
As that sits on medium heat.  Add some brown sugar to your chops and have your oven set to broil.
Place the chops in the over, set to broil.
Remove after a few minutes.
With a spoon just add some of the glaze on top and serve up!

Here it is!

We really enjoyed this dish because they came out with a lot of flavor and were not dry at all.  The chops were very easy to cut and there wasn't anything left but the bone!  A potato and vegetable go great with this dish.  Be sure to watch our video on this to see how we put it all together.

We will advise one thing, start the glaze as the chops go in the oven.  We started our glaze to early and we feel it cooked to long.  Other than that you can even try other glazes.  The way we cooked the chops really was the start of them.  What you put on next is really up to you!    We do hope you enjoyed this dish and try it out.

Thank you all for joining us again.

Almond Chicken

Hello all!
Looking for a new and healthy dinner?  This almond chicken dish is a wonderful and simple meal you can put together!  Chef took out some of the ingredients for coating a chicken with some new healthier ones!  Almonds also are so healthy and a super food!  We liked how creative this dish was and some of the ingredients we used.  Ones you don't always use in a dinner, we weren't sure how this would come out but it really was wonderful.  A light dish paired with a potato and vegetable makes for a wonderful meal.  Check out below how to see how we did this!  Chef used Gluten Free Bread crumbs for dish also making it Gluten Free!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Total Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 Cup Bread Crumbs (We used Gluten Free)
1/2 Cup Sliced and then crushed Almonds
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
4-6 Thin Sliced Chicken Breast

Directions:
Take the check out and salt and pepper both sides letting it sit out while you continue to prep.
In a dredging pan Mix the yogurt and mustard together
In a separate dredging pan mix the bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken in the mustard and yogurt mix then move them to the other pan and coat.
Coat them in the bread crumbs well.
Place on a pan and cook at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Plate up after!

Here it is!

This dish was light and very enjoyable.  There was a lot of flavor and it was simple enough to make.  The gluten free bread crumbs were good and didn't change the dish at all.  You can use regular bread crumbs however if you want.  With a little bit of prepping the dish is really easy.  Most of the time is done cooking in the oven.  Be sure to check out our video below to see how we put this together!

We hoped you enjoyed this post and video!  We know people are looking for fun and new ideas for cooking dinners and we hope this helped.  We wanted to share a fun way to prepare a healthy dish we think you will really enjoy!  Thanks again for joining us today and we hope you do try this out!

Mussels Marinara

Hey all!
Need some Mussels!? We got you covered, this is such a fun and easy appetizer. Mussels are pretty cheep and the other ingredients are as well. This meal can be put together in about 10 minutes too! This dish was one of our absolute easiest to make that involved the stove-top. Check out below for all the ingredients. This dish will make a great appetizer you can make it a meal however this video was intended for an app. Mussels are very flavorful and a lot cheaper than clams so this dish won't run you that much. Check out below on how to put this great dish together!
Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients: 2 Lbs Fresh Mussels 1 24 oz can crushed tomatoes 1/2 Chopped Onion 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced 1/2 Cup White Wine
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh Basil Pinch Black Pepper
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions:
Heat up a deeper sized pot and place the oil, onions, and garlic inside to start cooking.
After several minutes and the onions are starting to carmalize add the mussels.
*Make sure all the mussels you add are fresh, rinced off and fully shut. Discard any that are open before you cook them.
Next add the crushed tomatoes, wine and chopped basil, and the pinch of black pepper.
Cover the lid and let simmer for several minutes letting the muscles cook and open.
This won't take long mussels will steam fast!
Remove the lid and start to plate these up!
You can garnish with some fresh parsley

Here is our end result

The end result was amazing. They had a great taste and not to fishy as one might think. The wine and marinara helps blend all the flavors. Taking the mussels out of their shells is not hard at all but you will want a separate bowl for them. Below is how we put this together so be sure to check it out, this dish didn't take long at all!

We do hope you enjoyed the video and make sure to try this out.  It was a fun fall app and every bit was eaten.  One of our favorite things was this dish was not expensive at all and it took no time to do!  Two things everyone loves right!  We also think this is a fun fall dish to have to as it gets cooler out.  Thank you again for taking your time to join us today and we hope you enjoyed this post and will try it out.

Hey all! Fan of Lasagna? How about a fast, simple and amazing dinner! This dish was so simple to make and tasted amazing! This would be perfect for that fast, rush during the week when everyone is busy! We really enjoyed this meal not only because it was delicious but it was so simple to make! This really is a great fall dish you can put together in a pinch for the family! Chef also used some healthier ingredients in the mix to make things healthier. Make sure to check out how we put this all together!

Fun fact about Chef, he had never made the tradition Lasagna before! He admits to it too. He just laughs saying it feels it is something he never learned. However this is so different this dish allows you just have fun and mix the ingredients all around! No fumbling with the long pasta noodles or worrying about layering. This mixed up dish is a newer take on a classic meal. Check out how we put this together below we think you really will enjoy it.

Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients: 1 Pound Ground Beef 1/2 Sweet Onion, Chopped 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic 2 Cups Spiral Macaroni 1 Cup Cottage Cheese 8 Ounces Red Sauce 1-2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup Shredded Parm Cheese, plus some for garnish Parsley for garnish Bread, for the side

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a medium pan, cook the ground beef. (Chef uses 90/10 fat ratio If you use something with more fat like 80/20 you won't need to heat a little oil. However chef used a touch of oil.
After several minutes add the chopped onion let cook
As the beef is almost brown and cooked add the garlic, finish cooking and turn the burner off.
Start your water and get your pasta almost cooked, you want the pasta al dente becuase the dish goes in the oven.
Now add the cortege cheese to the cooked beef and onions, mix well.
Add red sauce to the meat mixture and again stir
Add the pasta and stir well
Spray a baking pan with a non stick solution. You want an oven save dish like we used.

Place the shredded Parm Cheese on top as well.
Sprinkle some Parsley then place in the oven.
Cook for about 15 minutes.

White Castle Burgers

Hello all,

So we wanted to see if we could top the big bad White Castle Burgers!  We don't have a location near us so we had to buy them in our freezer section.  However Chef will admit he does like them from time to time.  The thin style has a great taste. So we wanted to see if the team could make them on our own!  Chef things he did okay, but he is always hard on himself.  The burgers came out a bit different however had a much better flavor.  They tasted more like a burger than the sliders we bought.  So below is how we tried to remake this classic slider.  We think you would enjoy this fun dinner so give it a try!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients: 1 Lb Ground Beef (Chef used 90/10) 1 Egg (Not required) 3 Table Spoons Bread Crumbs (Not Required) 1 Chopped Onion Slider Roles (Chef Used King Hawaiian Roles)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese cut into small squares Butter Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

Directions:
In a large bowl place the beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt & Pepper
Mix all them together.
Take out a small amount and either use a patter former or your hand to make very small thin patties.
*(Chef says you can also buy pre-made thin patties and cut them if you want.)
Cut the edges to make the square.
Put them in the fridge for a few minutes
Cook the onions in a pan over high heat.
Once the onions are almost done cook the burgers on a flat top.
Each burger will only take a few minutes per side.
Put some putter down and toast the one sides of the roles when the burgers are just about done.
The rolls will only take a few seconds on a hot surface to brown so be careful.
Remove the rolls and place the cooked onions and cheese. To heat the cheese place a small tablespoon of water on the surface and a lit on top. The steam will melt the cheese.
Remove and plate up!

Here they are!

We did a taste test and we did like ours better, but in honestly we really did.  Our burgers were not as thin as the Store Bought ones but the taste was amazing and we didn't skimp on the onions or cheese either!  There are some short cuts we could have done to make them easier and next time the team might.  Below is the video and how we put this together so be sure to check it out!

We do thank everyone for checking out our video and hope you do try this.  Making your own sliders is fun and isn't hard at all.  You can also do a taste test like we did and compare!  We hope everyone enjoyed this blog post and checks our our other ones we put out there.

Thank you all again and remember

Cheesy Ranch Chicken Tenders

Hey all!
Everyone loves homemade dishes right? How about some homemade chicken tenders! Better yet cheesy crispy ones! Chicken tenders are so simple to make why are we buying them?! Well I know because someone else making them is just that much easier. Yes but if you make them yourselves you will have the much more love for them! We baked and fried these and well the fried ones did come out a bit better yes. However the baked ones were really good. So down below is a great recipe to make your own homemade cheesy ranch chicken tenders!

Prep Time: 2 1/2 (Hours Up to a day)
Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Serves: How many you cook up.

Ingredients:
7-14 Chicken Tenderloin Strips
2 Cups Buttermilk (Enough to coat the chicken) 1 Packet of Powder Ranch dressing Crushed cheddar crackers or chips into crumbs Oil for frying Ranch or other dipping sauce you like

Directions:
In a large bowl place your Chicken Tenderloin Strips
Cover fully with Buttermilk
Then add 1 package dry ranch dressing
Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours, up to 1 full day3
Crush up some cheese crackers, or chips. Something very cheesy that makes small crubs
Place one piece of chicken in the crushed cheesy crumbs and coat well
For the ones you will fry put them in the fridge for about 15 minutes

Oven Baked:
Heat your oven to 450 Degrees.
Place the chicken on a cooking sheet and in your oven
After 10 minutes flip over and put back in
After another 10 they should be done, however always check. Internal temp should be 165.

Frying:
Heat up your frying oil to 350 Degrees
Take your chicken out of the fridge
Place one piece in the oil slowly at a time
Do not crowd the oil
Check the temp you want it around 320 for cooking
Cook for about 6 minutes or until they float
Again they should be 165 degrees.

Take them out and serve up with your favorite dipping sauce!

Here is how ours turned out!

They both had a great flavor, the fired chicken was a bit darker and held together better but it is always good to try both ways! This was so much fun and Chef even took the leftovers and froze them for later. It was pretty cool to try this out because how often do we order these but now you can so make them!
Check our our video below on how to make them. We think you will find it very easy to follow.

Thank you again for joining us and we hope you try this dish out.  They had a great flavor and had a great crispy outside and a juicy inside.  Try some other ideas or seasonings when making this dish too.  You might find some others that work very well!  Thank you all again for joining us and we do hope you enjoy.

Fried Chicken Balls

Hello all!

Here is such a fun and easy appetizer or dinner for you to try!  Everyone loves fried chicken right?  Now make them in nice easy to eat sphere formation with no bones!  Chef liked making this dish because he got to experiment with some different breading as well.  This dish makes a wonderful appetizer however you can make it a lunch or dinner easily.  Chef also tried some fun things like adding cheese to the middle of them and just experiment all around which he enjoyed and likes giving you the results.  Make sure you keep reading to see how to make them and how they turned out.

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 25 Minutes
Cook Time: 3-5 Minutes

Ingredients 1 Lb Ground Chicken 2-3 Cups Crushed Cornflakes,Panko or Italian Seasoned Break Crumbs. 2 Table Spoons Smoked Paprika 2 Table Spoons Garlic Powder 2 Table Spoons Italian Seasoning 4 Table Spoons Crushed Parm Cheese Pinch Salt Pinch Pepper 3 Eggs 1 Table spoon Milk 2 Cups Flour Any Dipping Sauce you like.

Directions:
Start off with your pound of ground chicken in a bowl.
Season it with salt salt and pepper.
Mix the meat well and set aside.
Get your breading ready. Bread crumbs, Panko or corn flakes in a separate bowl.
Season with the Paprika, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning and Parm Cheese mix well. All three breading will come out differently so you are aware.
Then roll the ground chicken into small balls. In the video they looked a bit larger chef says go even smaller. Bit sized.
If you want mix it up and place a small piece of mozzarella cheese inside then fold the meat around it.
Dredge the balls in flour, then egg wash which is eggs and a bit of milk. then roll in the breading.
Place on a plate and repeat.
When all the meat is gone put the plate in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to let sit.
In the mean time heat up some oil to about 330 to 350 degrees but not hotter.
When the oil is ready lower a few balls in the oil and let cook.
Move them around and wait till they float.  Depending how big they are they will cook longer.
Take them out and let rest on a wire cooling rack for a few minutes.
Then plate up with your favorite dipping sauce!

Here they are!

We think you will enjoy this meal because it was simple and fun to make. Always be careful with using oil of course. Chef enjoyed making this because he knows they are a hit at the parties. IT also was a fun and new dish to try so why not try it! Below is the video and we do ask you watch it so you know what to expect! Also inside the few fried balls chef used Sharp cheddar cheese but again use Mozzarella because it has a higher heat tolerance.

Check out the video!
We do hope you try this out.  Everyone is different in terms of what they like but Chef said the Panko were one of his favorites. They had a great crunch and came out well.  The only other advise he said was to make sure to make the balls a bit smaller, larger ones will take more time to cook and there is a possibility you can burn the outsides and the insides are still raw.  So keep the heat around 300 after a bit of cooking as well.

Thank you all again for joining us and we do hope you try this out.

Ingredients: *Quantities depend on size of your bowl. Elbow Pasta Butter

Shredded triple Cheese Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Pepper

Directions:
Use an oven safe dish. Like a casserole dish.

Oven Baked Ribs | Fall off the Bone Ribs

Hey all!

Do we have a post for you!  With it being cold outside still why not heat that oven up and make some of the best fall off the bone ribs your family and friends will try!  This might be one of the simplest larger dishes we have made.  With only a few key ingredients too!  We think you really will enjoy this dish.  Ribs are one of Chef's favorite dishes and this fall off the bone recipe he has been making for years now.  The team absolutely loves them and usually the table is full when Chef announces he is making them.  Fall off the bone ribs are usually a hit because of how tender they are.  Smoked or grilled ribs are always a summer classic.  However some people don't like the struggle of the toughness.

Fall off the bone ribs usually gain popularity with the crowd that doesn't want to fight for the meat to come off.  However Chef loves how simple this dish is to make and how beautiful it comes out.  Please check out all the information below and give them a try!

Cook Time: 2 Hours 40 Minutes
Total Time: 3 Hours 10 Minutes

Serves about 6

Ingredients: 1 Rack Center Cut Ribs
AP Rub-Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder Rib Rub- You can make or buy. (Chef Buys, its easier) 1 Lemon BBQ Sauce-You can make our buy. (Again Chef Buys)

Make sure you purchase fresh Pork Center Cut ribs. (However other cuts or even beef will work)

Sprinkle some AP rub on each side of the rack and let sit for about 30 minutes.
Cut the ribs up individually.
Cut a lemon and squeeze the juice over the ribs then rub the juice around. (This tenderizes them)
Coat each rib fully in your choice of Rib Rub. Get all the sides.
Place the ribs individuality meat side down in a tinfoil oven save pan.
Continue till done.
Place tinfoil over the top. (Shiny side up)
Place the pan in the oven and let cook for 2 1/2 hours.
Take them out and remove the tinfoil.
Drain any of the fat that is now pooled in the pan.
Turn your oven to Broil.
Brush your favorite BBQ sauce on the ribs.
Place in your oven for about 5 minutes.
Rove and flip over, then brush with BBQ sauce again.
Place back in for 5 more minutes.

Remove and plate!

This dish really is so simple and your guest will wonder how you pulled it off!  One of Chef's favorite things about it is the fact that it looks difficult but is so simple!  We know there are so many oven backed rib recipes out there but we do hope you try outs.  Please also see the video below to fully understand how we made this and to possible answer any questions you may have!
