Slow Cooker Fajita

Hello everyone!
  We are cranking out videos still and we have a perfect fall dish for you!  This is our slow cooker Fajita and it is so simple to make.  With great and healthy vegetables to cook with it why not give this a try!  We do hope you check this dish out below and the video.  It is slow cooker season and it is time to take them out!


Serves 4-6
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 3 Hours
Total Time: 3 Hours 20 Minutes


Ingredients: 2-3 Thin Sliced Chicken Breast 1 Green Pepper 1 Red Pepper 1 Yellow Pepper 1 Onion 4 Table spoons Taco Seasoning 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice 1 Table Spoon Minced Garlic 1 10 Ounce Diced Tomatoes with Green Chile's Tortillas Taco Cheese Guacamole Sour Cream


Directions:
Chop up the onions and peppers
Place about 1/2 the chopped peppers and onions and place them in your slow cooker.
Sprinkle a few tablespoons of Taco Seasoning over the chicken
Add table spoon of lime juice.
Add the Green Chile's and Garlic
Place the remaining chopped onions and peppers over top.
Put the top on and cook for about 3 hours.
Pull the chicken around after about 3 hours and then cut the chicken or pull it if it is tender enough.
Pan fry up a tortilla and then place it on your plate.
Add some taco cheese to the tortilla.
Then add the filler, the peppers, onions and chicken.
Add some other toppings like sour cream and Guacamole.
Add a bit more cheese if you want and then fold over and serve up!

You can also let this cook a bit longer than 3 hours and even pull the chicken. We really enjoy using our slow cooker just because of how fun and easy they are to use. Just set and move on.
