Loaded Potato Soup | How-To

Hello all!
Looking for a fun and simple dish to make!  This is one of our How-To Videos and only a few ingredients we know you will enjoy this post!  We have been making How-To videos to show you fast meals or fun cooking tips.  We do hope you enjoy this one. Simple and to the point!


Ingredients:
3 Cans of condensed cream of potato soup undiluted (10-3/4 ounces each)
2 Cans of evaporated milk (about 12 ounces each)
Toppings can be as much as you want.
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Bacon (broken in small pieces)
Sour Cream
Chives
Crackers

Directions:
In a large Sauce Pan Combine the Potato Soup and Milk.
Cook over Medium heat for 5-7 Minutes or until heated through.
Ladle into a bowl.
Garnish with the cheese, bacon, sour cream, Chives.
Add Crackers and Enjoy!

Cast Iron Beef Goulash!

Hey all!
Since it is so cold out right now, why not stay in and make a nice hearty comfort dish!  This beef skillet goulash is simple and taste absolutely delicious.  This dish will keep you warm on those cold winter nights!  We have had some of our fans ask for some cast iron meals so we are putting them out there!  If you are looking for a fun and easy dish this is for you!  Check it out!

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 LB Lean Ground Beef (90% or higher)
2/3 Cup chopped Onion
1/2 Cup chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Elbow Macaroni Cooked)
1 Cup Red Sauce
2 Teaspoons Worchestershire Sauce
Pinch of Salt, Pepper, Garlic
Parm Cheese

Directions:
In a medium to large skillet cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is fully brown and cooked.
At same time cook Elbow Macaroni on the side, then drain.
After the meat is cooked, drain if needed.
Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder.
Stir in Red Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Cooked Macaroni and Pepper
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and cover
Let Simmer for 18-20 minutes or until macaroni is tender

Almond Cheese Spread | Happy New Year!

Hello all!
   We wanted to wish everyone a very happy and safe New Year!  We have so many new ideas and different dishes to share with you this year!  This was the final post of 2017 and we wanted to end with a fun and easy spread.  This cheese and almond spread is so simple to make you will just love it!   This dish only requires a few ingredients and mixing!  We wanted to thank everyone for all their support over this year and hope they have a great start to 2018!  This spread is also gluten free!  Just be mindful on what crackers you use.  See below for all the ingredients and directions!

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 1-4 Hours in fridge to cool

Ingredients: Please note this will make enough for about 2 people. 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese 2 Tablespoons of Mayo Dash Teaspoons Onion Powder Dash of Pepper Dash of Hot Sauce 1 Green Onion Chopped 1 Table Spoon Sliced Almonds Crackers of your choice.
Directions:
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients one by one.
Place the dip in the fridge from 1-4 hours.
Take out and place on a small plate and serve up!

How To Make Chocolate Cream Pie

Hello All!

     Welcome to another How To video!  Today we wanted to show you all how to make a very easy and quick dessert.  This is chocolate cream pie has a great taste to it and it only takes a few ingredients!  If you are in a bit of a rush you can whip this together and have a great treat for your guest!

Ingredients:
Store made crumb pie crust
Chocolate Pudding
Milk (to make pudding)
Whipped Cream/Cool Whip

Directions:
Take the pie crust out of the package.
Make the pudding per their directions and let cool.
Once cooled down place the pudding in the pie crust and smooth around.
Place the cool whip on top and spread evenly.
Only use whipped cream if serving right away.

Here they are!

The taste is amazing, smooth, rich and creamy.
