Crispy Pork chop Cutlets

Hey all!
Looking for a quick and very delicious meal!  Breaded and pan seared pork chops!  These came out so good and placing them over some creamy mashed potatoes with a veggie side!  You will be the absolute HERO at dinner!  This dish can really be done with a lot of things, like chicken, beef, even some vegetables.  One of the key's is to get very fresh and thin Pork Chop Cutlets.  Chef found some at his local grocery store that looked absolutely amazing so he picked them up and said this is our meal!

One of the best things about this dish is just how easy it is.  Chef said to really look into getting a set of pans like he uses to flour, egg and then finalize them with breadcrumbs.  Three process pans actually sell together for this reason and you can find them all over.  The process is not difficult and the clean up is moderately simple as well.  However if done correctly you will have golden brown and very crispy cooked chops!  Please see below on how we did it!

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes

1 Package Thin Sliced Pork Chop Cutlets 3-4 Cups Flour 5-6 Eggs
2 Table Spoons Milk
Oil, just enough to coat the pan
3-4 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs 2 Table Spoons Parmesan Cheese 1 Table Spoon Smoked Paprika
1 Table Spoon Italian Seasonings Garlic Powder Salt and Pepper

Take out your pork chops and make sure they are fresh or fully thawed.
Season them with salt, pepper and Garlic powder on both sides lightly and let rest.
Setup you 3 stations.
1 pan with Flour, one with Egg wash Scrambled eggs and milk), last with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Make sure all three pans are seasoned and mixed. (See Video for help)
Dredge the chops through the flour and get a good coat.
Then dip them in the egg mixture, again fully coated.
Then place them in the bread crumbs and fully coat.
If you want after to use a rolling pin lightly to press down on the chops you can but its not required.
Place the fully breaded chop aside and continue till all are done.
In a medium pan heat up some oil. Just enough to coat the bottom. You want to pan sear them not fully submerge the chops.
Once the oil is hot lay the chops on the pan and bring the oil down to medium.
Let them cook on medium for about 2 minutes, depending on thickness.
Once the edges start to show browning, place a small amount of butter in the pan. 3-4 small slices. This will darken the chops and really make them crispy.
Then flip them slowly and let cook again fro about 2 minutes.
Remove the chops and place on a cooking rack to drain and continue.
When cooking the rest remember to remove the oil and add fresh oil!
Adding fresh oil will make each batch golden brown.
Place the chops on some homemade mashed potatoes and have a side ready to go.

Here is our result.

As you can see they are golden brown. We did get to try them and yes the moisture held making them very tender and not try at all. They cut very easily and just had that amazing crunch to them. This was one of our fav's per how simple it is to make but also how delicious they came out. This dish is honestly very simple to make and we hope you do try it!

Please check out our video to see how chef makes it and for any other questions you may have!

Again, thank you so much for joining us. This meal is simple to make and has such a great taste please do try it!  Cooking is something we all can do chef always says so don't ever be afraid to try!

Cube Steak (Poor Man's Steak)

We're not Poor!  Were Financially Inclined!!!

Cube Steak or Poor Man's Steak as other call is is a tougher steak even when cooked perfectly.  It looks more like hamburger meat than the typical smooth steak you will normally see.  We first tried it after we and some friends went in on 1/2 cow one of our friends parents sold.  There were many great cuts and with them the cube steak came.  We cooked them different ways when this way came to me. Since the cuts aren't as good as the others we decided to try to shake things up and try something new. It got the nickname poor man's steak because how how cheap it was, people with less incomes could afford it and cook with it.

The dish did taste good and we did fill it with vegetables.  I would recommend trying this if you are on a budget or interested in trying something new!  You can use anything you wish to stuff the cube steak and try all different kinds variety!  We are also looking into different steak cuts to try this on so stay tuned!

The video is below and we hope you enjoy!

Stuff Cube Steak:

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
Total Time:  40 Minutes
Serves 4-6 depending how many you make.

Cube Steak: Typically one package comes with two pieces. (We got two packages)
Cheese: Either Cream cheese, blue or Feta.  I thought the Feta worked best.
1/2 Cup Green Onion
1 Cup Spinach
2 Table spons oil.
4 Table spoons AP Rub (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder)
2 Table spoons course rub. (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)

Take out the cube steak and season with your fine AP rub.
Just sprinkle each top side lightly.
Add whatever cheese you liked best to the tops and let sit.
Heat up your oil and add your filler.  What ever vegetables/other ingredients you like!
If you are cooking spinach it wilts fast so watch it carefully!
Once partly cooked place your filler on top of the one piece of cube steak.
Place the other part on top and square off.
With string or cooking twine tie up the cube steak to hold it together.
Sprinkle again both sides with fine AP rub.
Sprinkle each side with your course rub.
Heat up your grill/oven to 350 degrees. If you are using the grill have a direct and indirect side.
Place the meat on the grill and let sit for 2-3 minutes then flip for another 2-3 minutes.
After move to the indirect heat side and let cook for about 15-20 minutes or when the steaks are cooked to your liking.

Take off the grill and let stand for 5 minutes.
Cut off the strings and slice with a sharp knife.  I used a bread knife only because the serrated edges worked best.

Place on a plate with a side you would enjoy and serve.  You can also serve over homemade mashed potatoes.

I hope you enjoyed this recipe and video!

Honey BBQ Chicken Tenderloins

Hey everyone!

Grilling season is still underway and we wanted to show you a great healthy chicken dish!  Chicken Tenderloins are very delicious and healthy for you!  High in protein and low in fat these strips make a great meal in a matter of no time!  Most people won't think to grill the Tenderloin but try something new!  These are chicken finger size and shape so they are very easy to eat and will they ever be eaten!  We really think your family will enjoy this and it different from just your average chicken breast on the grill.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Serves: 4

1 Package of Trimmed Fresh Chicken Tenderloins
Pinch of AP Rub
1/4 Cup Olive Oil mixed with Seasonings (Store usually sells)
1 Cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey

Take your chicken tenderloins out of the fridge and place on a plate, make sure they are thawed.
Season both sides with AP rub.  Salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Rub a little seasoned olive oil on both sides then let sit for about 10 Minutes.
Mix your BBQ sauce and honey together and place aside.
Get your gill nice and hot and use grill covers if you have them, they will protect your grill and chicken.
Heat only one side of the burners, leave one side off.
Place the strips down and shut the lid, let cook for about 5 minutes then flip.
After about 10 minutes total move them to the other side of the grill where the burners are off.
Coat each side with the BBQ and Honey mixture then place back down on the side of the burners not on.  Let sit another 5 minutes.
Take off ans serve up with any two sides you enjoy!

Looks great!

As you can see they look amazing! A nice coat of BBQ and grill marks. The reason we cook our chicken then move them over to glaze in the BBQ Sauce is actually because the sauce will not crisp up like a shell and side off. If you glaze while cooking this will happen. Putting BBQ on cooked chicken will just add that flavor as it rest a bit on the not as hot side of the grill. Check out our video to see!

We do hope everyone enjoyed this post and that you really do try this meal out!  Thanks again for joining us and be sure to check out other meals we do!

Creamy Linguine

Hello all!
We have a great dinner for you today!  This is a creamy linguine, kinda like Alfredo sauce but with a few differences.  We think you will enjoy this dinner because it not only is very easy to make, it also is a quick dish to make!  A nice warm pasta dish with some Spinach and Bacon, you can't go wrong!
Below is the info on this great dish we hope you try it out!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time:
Serves: 4-6

1 LB Linguine
1/2 Pound of Bacon, cooked and diced.
5-6 Cups of Baby Spinach
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 (8 oz) Package of Cream Cheese, warmed.
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil.
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Pinch of Nutmeg. We said Paprika but its Nutmeg!

Cook the linguine in a pot, add some salt and oil to help with the process and to keep the pasta from sticking together.
On a cooking sheet place tin foil down, then place about 1/2 pound of bacon strips down.  Cook at 400 degrees until done.
In a sauce pan heat up the olive oil, onions and spinach.
Cook and stir around on medium to high heat till the spinach cooks down.
Add the milk, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. So the sauce can thicken.
Add about a spoonful of pasta to the cream sauce till you feel comfortable at the mixture.
Take out the pasta and serve on a plate, with a nice salad!  Or Bread sticks, but don't burn them like we did.

Here is the result.

The dish came out really well and we enjoyed it very much.  There are so many fun pasta dishes out there but we do hope you try this one.  It really wasn't that hard to make and didn't cost much at all for the ingredients.  This dish wasn't has heavy as an Alfredo sauce but still has a great creamy texture and very flavorful taste.
Check our our video below!

Bacon Grilled Cheese

Hello everyone!

We hope you are having a wonderful week and wanted to share a fun and very easy dish to with you!  Everyone knows the popularity of Grilled Cheese so we wanted to finally show you our take!  This Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich is so very easy to make and you can have make it a  lunch or dinner out of it!  One of the reasons this dish is so popular is because of how easy it is to make it also doesn't cost much either.  Grilled cheese is a staple in our society!  Kids and adults love it and we think you will love our take on it!

Below the post is for one sandwich but just alter the measurements for more, its very simple!

Prep Time: 8 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 18 Minutes

2 Slices of Bacon
2 Slices of Bread
2 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sliced
2 Table Spoons Butter
Side of your choice, tomato Soup is mainly used.

Line a cooking sheet tray with tin foil and place the bacon on top.
Set your oven to 400 Degrees F.
Cook the bacon almost all the way, about 8 or so minutes and remove.
Place the bacon aside.
Lay out your bread and cut the Sharp Cheddar Cheese to fit the bread and place on the one side.
Do the same with the bacon.
Place another layer of cheese on the bacon. and place the other piece of bread on top.
Heat up a cooking pan and use about 1 table spoon of unsalted butter.
Once heated up and bubbling place the Sandwich on and let cook for a few minutes.
Once the bottom piece of bread is golden brown, place the whole pan in your oven, keeping the temp at 400 degrees.
Please make sure the pan is oven safe!
Let cook for about 5 minutes and carefully remove.
Remove the sandwich and place a think slice of butter back on the pan and let heat up on the stove.
Flip the sandwich now so the uncooked side is down.
Let cook another few minutes and remove.
Cut and serve with a side dish!

Here it is!

It really came out amazing.  Chef used to just flip his grilled cheese but using the oven now allows the cheese to melt evenly.  If you just flip it on the stove it may not cook the middle of the cheese!  The oven also cooks the rest of the bacon as well.  Please be sure to check our video below to see how we put this awesome and easy dish together!

We do hope you watched our video and enjoyed it!  Again this dish is so simple to make and when you are strapped for an idea or money this is the dish to make!  You can also use different fillers if you do not like or can't eat bacon.  You can also make it classic and just do cheese and bread!  No wrong way, just have fun with it!

Thank you so much for joining us and if you haven't check our YouTube site out and subscribe!

Egg Noodle Lasagna

Hello all!
We are closing out our Low and Slow Playlist for a bit as the weather gets warmer out and we start our BBQ Section!  We wanted to make you something we think you would really enjoy and try out with your family!  This dish has a little bit of prep time and some easy slow cooker time.  However when done you will have a meal that can feed your family, and probably a few more!

We really enjoyed this dish because it was so easy to make and the Egg Noodles were a unique spin on things!  The dish came out a bit messy however it really had a great taste to it.  The biggest thing is just how easy this can be.  It was a bit of a handful to remove per it was so tender but once the first serving was out the rest came easier.

Here is all the info you will need!

Serves 8-12
