4 Boneless, Skinless thinly sliced chicken cutlets.
1 tablespoon oil.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning.
2 Tablespoons Flour.
4 Slices Provolone Cheese.
4 Slices Swiss Cheese.

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F
Large Cast Iron Skillet, over med/high heat melt butter.
Add onions and 3 tablespoons beef broth.

While onions are cooking, prepare chicken by drizzling with oil.  Then seasoning with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Once onions removed, cook the chicken for 2 minutes each side.  Do not clean out the pan after you remove the onions and put the chicken in.  (Keep drizzle in).

Transfer chicken to a plate to keep warm and return onions back to skillet.
Sprinkle flour over onions and sir for a minute over high heat.
Add beef broth and continue to cook until mixture comes to a boil.
Return chicken to pan.
Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.
Top chicken with 1 slice of provolone, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, and 1/4 of the parm cheese.
Transfer skillet to preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes. Chicken should be cooked through and cheese will be melted.
