Hello all!  Looking for a fun and different kind of Seafood dish?  This Tuna dish is very simple to make and has a great flavor to it.  Tuna can have a strong taste to it but this dish doesn't.  The Zucchini helps take on the flavor as well as gives this a very healthy.  The team will admit they are a bit tricky to make because tuna and zucchini doesn't hold well so forming the patties isn't easy chef said.  He advised it takes some time and to be careful.  However it really is a good dish.  We do hope if you enjoy Tuna you will enjoy this!  Check it out below...

Here they are.

We think you will will enjoy these crispy patties.  They have a nice flavor and a crunch that we really enjoyed.  We haven't cooked with Tuna yet but we wanted to and show something instead of Tuna Casserole.  The dish was interesting to make however Chef again said it was difficult to form the patties, he said they didn't hold that well but he used a patty former.  You can use these on beef or anything to form a good patty.  To see us make them check our the video below.

Thanks so much for joining us and we hoped you do really enjoyed this blog and video!  Again if you are running out of ideas for Tuna, try this then!  We think you will enjoy the taste and crunch that comes with it.  Stay tuned for more dishes and videos from our team!
