Skillet Roasted Sesame Chicken | One Pan Chicken

Hey everyone!

We have such an amazing dish for you here.  This dish is so simple and has s much flavor and chicken thighs are so easy to cook with.  With fall being in full swing we think this will fill your family and keep them happy.  This dish has a salty flavor to it and only takes one pan to make.  We think you really will enjoy this meal and can make it any time of year.  Check out the all the details below!


Serves: 4

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 40 Minutes
Total Time: 50 Minutes

4 Skin-on, bone in chicken thighs. 2 Table Spoons of Soy Sauce 2 Table Spoons of Sriracha Sauce
2 Table Spoons of Rice Vinegar 1 Table Spoon of Honey
1 Table spoons of Sesame Oil I Inch of Grated Ginger (pealed)
Chopped Green Onions
Salt 1 Pound of scrubbed and cut Carrots Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Preheat the your oven to 425.
Prep carrots by cutting them int 4 inch pieces, make sure the carrots are cleaned
Heat a large skillet over your stove on medium low. Preferably cast iron or something oven safe.
Put about 2-3 table spoon of oil in the pan and heat up
Using fresh chicken thighs, salt them evenly and let sit for several minutes
Once the pan is warm put the chicken thighs in, skin side down and start to cook
Let cook about 5 minutes, skin will start to brown, the fat will render and coat the pan. Then increase to medium
Move chicken around letting the fat to run underneath, let the chicken go a bit longer.
Let the chicken cook for about 10-12 minutes total time.
Transfer the chicken to a plate skin side up.
Remove all oil/fat from the skillet except about 2 table spoons.
Turn your oven top to medium high now and heat up drippings.
Add carrots to the heated pan with drippings and let cook for about 5 minutes on the stove and rotate to brown all the edges.
After the carrots are browned on all the sides turn off the stove and move to the oven.
Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.
While the carrots are cooking mix the sauce ingredients.
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
2 Tbsp Sriracha.
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar.
1 Tbsp Honey.
1 Tbsp Sesame oil.
Combine all these in a small bowl and add ginger root and whisk.
Carefully remove hot pan from the oven and place on the stove.
Place the chicken thighs on top of the carrots carefully, skin side up.
Drizzle the glaze over top.
Return to the oven for about 15-18 minutes.
Remove and let rest for about 5 minutes.
Plate up the chicken and carrots then drizzle pan juices over top.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds,
Serve up!

Kielbasa Pasta

Hey all! 
Nothing says Halloween like a nice warm and comfortable meal for dinner!  This dinner is so easy to make and just absolutely delicious.  Since it is fall this means just staying in more and cooking those amazing warm meals.  We think you and your family will just really enjoy this meal.

So check out all the info below and try this dish out! 

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time:  30 Minutes

 
Ingredients: 1 Table Spoon Olive Oil 1 LB Smoked Kielbasa (slice it 1/4 Inches) 1 1/2 Cups Diced Onion 1 Table Spoon Minced Garlic 2 Cups Chicken Broth 10 oz Diced Tomatoes, drained 2 Cups Bowie Pasta 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup Milk Pinch of Salt and Pepper Chopped Green Onions for Garnish Fresh Cut Bread

Directions:
Heat up Olive Oil in a medium pan
Pan fry the smoked Kielbasa and onions
Add Garlic and cook another minute
Add chicken broth
Add drained tomatoes
Add Milk
Add pasta and and Salt and Pepper
Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta tender
Remove skillet from heat and add 1/2 cup cheese
Top with remaining cheese and cover until cheese is melted
Top with green onions.
Serve up!

Serve this with a side of bread and we think you really will enjoy it. The meal has so much flavor and is nice and hot for those cooler nights. Zesty Zoodle Salad

Hello All!

Fall is here!  How exciting, we made it!  This is Chef's favorite times of year.  He loves fall and fall cooking!  We wanted to start off with a fun and healthy dish!  This salad is not only very simple to make but very tasty as well.  You can make this any time of year and we suggest to make sure you purchase a Veggitti.  They are so simple to use and cheap to purchase!

Total Time: 10 Minutes



Ingredients: 2 Zucchini 2 Table Spoons of Basting or Seasoned Oil 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, drizzled in seasoned oil. 1/2 Cup Small Mozzarella Balls, drizzled in season oil. 2 Table spoons Balsamic Vinegar. Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Take a few Zucchini's and use them on the Veggitti to spiral them out.
Place them in a large bowl and add basting or seasoned oil.
Add Salt and Pepper
Toss and Mix.
On a side plate cut some small cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella into pieces.
They can have oil on them too.
Mix with the salad and toss again.
Drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar and toss one more time.
Serve up!
