Little Burger Bites

Hello everyone!
We have such a fun post today for you!  Sorry this does come so late after the video but we are trying to get everything done as fast as we can!  These little burger bites make for a great appetizer or dinner!  They are small, fun and just creative.  Share these at your next party to get the conversation started!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 40 Minutes
Total Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Lb Ground Beef (80/20)
1 Bag of Waffle Fries
1 Red Onion (Chopped)
1 Jar of Pickle Slices
1 Jar of Sliced Peppers
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo or any other condiments.

Directions:
Place the Waffle fires on a cooking sheet and cook to their directions.  Typically 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
With a small ice cream scoop scoop small portions of ground uncooked beef onto another cooking sheet.
Once the cooking sheet is full of meatballs, flatten them out to look like little burgers.
You can either cook them in the over which is easier, or pan sear them on the stove.
Be sure to add cheese at the appropriate time if you are doing this either way as well.
Once the fires and burgers are done start the assembly.
Start with the waffle fry then go from there.  Here you can assemble any way you wish with anything you want!

Then serve up!

Here they are!

Personal Pan Pizza

Hello all!
Everyone loves a good pizza right?  Why not stay in and make your own Pizza's?  This recipe is so much fun and so easy to make!  Sometimes staying in and just making fun dishes like this is all you need to have a good time.

We didn't make this dish fully from scratch, we did buy the pizza dough.  This makes the process so much easier.  You can make your own pizza dough and there are lots of great videos to watch but if you want to skip this step we totally understand!  Below are all the ingredients and directions!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough White or Wheat (we used regular store bought)
Pinch of flour
Red Sauce: (Sauce to your liking)
Mozzarella Cheese: Cheese to your liking
Pepperoni: (Your preference)

You can also add what ever toppings you would like as well!

Directions:
Take the Pizza dough you made or bought and cut a good sized piece off.
Start to work the dough and make it in the shape of the Pizza's.
In pan or Cast Iron Skillet use medium to high heat.
Place a bit of oil in and place the pizza dough in the pan cooking for several minutes.
After several minutes flip the dough over.
Place some of the sauce and spread it around then add other toppings.
Set your oven to broil or a very high heat.
Make sure the pan is oven safe and place the whole pan in the oven to cook for several minutes.
Check and when done remove and slice the pizza out.
Cut up and serve!

Here are a few we made!

We think you will really enjoy this dish because it is a lot of fun and you can make what ever style pizza you wish!  We made these a few nights and really just had so much fun with them.  This dish really isn't hard to make and we think you will enjoy it!  Below is the video we made so be sure to check it out!

*Note we are not sponsored by Veggitti but they can reach out to us if they wish!

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time:  15 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 Zucchini's
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2-3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
2 Tablespoons Chopped Basil

Directions:
Clean the Zucchini's and then dry.
Cut each end off and place them in the Veggitti Pro.
Set the cutter to the thickness you would like.
Place a bowl on the outside to catch the pasta as it comes out.
Turn the knob and push as it moves it along!
In a pan heat up a tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the now veggie pasta in and pan fry for a few minutes on med-high heat.
You don't want to cook them to long or they will get mushy.  Keep the pasta crunchy.
Remove and place aside.
Heat up about 2-3 Table spoons of oil and 2-3 table spoons of butter.
Add in Garlic and Basil.
Cook for about 3 minutes.
Drizzle over the veggie pasta and mix up.
Place in a bowl and serve with your main meal or just eat this alone!

Here it is!

It has a great finish and the garlic is just amazing with it.  You can really eat this alone if you are looking for a healthy dish to fill your appetite.  This side really doesn't take long and we think you and your family will enjoy it!  You can also add different flavors besides garlic so try other ideas!  Below is our video on this so be sure to check it out.  We think you really will enjoy this!
