Hot Dog Slammer!

Hey all!
We have a dish for you!  The Hot Dog Slammer!  This is a fun and unique way of cooking a hot dog.  Why just put it on the grill when you can do so much more!  We wanted to give you either the choice of making it open face or not.  Your choice, however you make this you will love it.  Loaded with cheese, onions and bacon!  With a side of seasoned fries you will make your guest so happy.  This makes a great end of summer or fall dish too.

We also showed a quick pic of Chef, his wife and Ro Pansino.  They got to meet Ro back this summer.  They went to a local Wal-Mart where she was selling some goods and doing a meet and greet!  They said she was super nice and chatted for a bit!  It's really cool to meet other YouTubers especially ones at the top of the cooking game!  So lets see what we are making!

Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes

Flip the hot dogs when needed.

Use something heavy if you are using Italian Bread to push it down.
Carefully remove and serve up with a side!

Here is your final product!

We think you really will enjoy this dish because it is new and different!  With a lot of flavor, why just put the hot dog on a role, sup it up!  Below is the video and we ask you check it out to see how chef puts this all together!  We had a fun time making this and chef had a great time just coming up with this!  Kind of his own idea...

A big thanks to Ro Pansino for spending time with Chef and his wife!  Well she technically came to our town but we like to think she came for us.  Chef said it was really cool meeting her and she was so nice.  Check our some of her videos and be sure to check out some more of ours...

Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

Hello all!

With Fall here its time to prep some fun game foods!  We know there are sporting events all year but Football in America has a special place for gatherings and food!  We wanted to kick things off.  Chicken wings are such a classic appetizer for a fun game on a cool day!  We wanted to do something different and cook these in the oven!  Now most wings yes are deep fired but with this oven baked idea you don't have to leave your kitchen or miss any of the big game by frying outside or downstairs perhaps.  Oven baked wings also have a very delicious taste and can be very crispy.  They also have a healthier side then putting them in the oil.

We also had chef show you an entire chicken wing and how to cuts it apart.  You will notice the wing tip is still attached and this you can remove.  He wanted to do something different and keep it on for effect.  This dish is so simple and anyone can do it so check out who we did this below!

Serves: 6-8 (Depending on how many wings you make)

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 55 Minutes
Total Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients: Fully thawed Chicken wings. (Typically 3-4 per person) 3 Cups Flour 2 Table Spoons Garlic Powder 2 Table Spoons of Onion Powder 2 Table Spoons of Paprika 1 Table Spoon Salt 1 Table Spoon Pepper
1 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 Cup Honey Blue Cheese and Celery for sides. Pizza makes a great pair too.

Directions:
Make sure your wings are fully thawed and drained.
Separate the drumsticks from the wings if they are attached.
Mixed your four and seasonings in a zip lock bag.
Shake and mix.
Add a few wings and coat. Shaking the bag so the wings are fully covered.
Set your oven to 400 Degrees.
Place the wings on a cooking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
Take them out and flip them over, cook for another 20 minutes.
As they are cooking mix your BBQ Sauce and Honey.
Remove the wings after the second 20 minute flip and coat them in the sauce.
Raise the oven to 500 Degrees
Place them back on the cooking sheet.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Remove and serve up!

They look awesome!  Great color and some charred tips!

We do hope you really try this video.  This appetizer is so easy to make and anyone can do it!  You can serve hot and very tasty wings and everyone will wonder how you made them!  Do check our our video below to see how Chef put them together.

Thank you again for joining us and we do hope you enjoyed this video!  Be sure to check out our blog for other great and very easy ideas!  Next fun event or game day put these very delicious wings out and watch them disappear!  You can also serve them with some celery, blue cheese and pizza!

Cast Iron Breakfast Skillet

Hello all!

Breakfast is so important so why not show your guest you know how to cook an amazing and easy one!  Cast Iron Skillets are great to have around because they are so useful and can make an amazing meal!  This breakfast dish is simple to make, you can do it all in one pan and it will come out with lots of flavor, giving you the energy you need for the day!  You can also substitute different ingredients you want so feel free to make this with other things!

Cast iron is useful in so many dishes and gives you that extra iron you body can use!  It is durable, easy to clean and just will last and last!  Remember when cleaning do not use soap, just hot water and a scrub brush.  Fully dry it and then put a bit of vegetable or canola oil in the bottom and rub it around to seal it.    We really think you will enjoy this dish because of how easy it is to make and how such a great flavor this will have.

This is Gluten Free but please check all the ingredients to be safe.

Serves: 6-8

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time:  35 Minutes

Place them in the oven for 15 minutes around 400 degrees.
Have the bacon in the oven cooking along side this as well.
While cooking scramble up your eggs but do not cook them through.
Heat up the sausage as well. The cut them in to smaller pieces.
Take out the skillet and place some cheese on the top just to cover the inside.
Then place your eggs and sausage mixture.
Place the rest of the cheese over top covering the entire dish.
Break up your now cooled bacon pieces and place them on top.
Place back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
Cut into pie form and serve!

Here it is!

You want to let this cool or it will fall apart, you can still cut and serve it hot but it won't have that pie form you may want.  Also below is the video we encourage you to watch per you can see how chef makes it fully.  We think you really will enjoy the video so please do watch it!

That you again for joining us and we do really hope you try this dish out!  Cash iron is so simple to work with and this dish is absolutely easy to make!  You only need a pan or two and this is ready to go!  We do hope you invest in a few different cast iron skillets because you can cook so much on them and they will last as long as you take care of them.

Thanks again everyone and remember,
