Creamy Linguine

Hello all!
We have a great dinner for you today!  This is a creamy linguine, kinda like Alfredo sauce but with a few differences.  We think you will enjoy this dinner because it not only is very easy to make, it also is a quick dish to make!  A nice warm pasta dish with some Spinach and Bacon, you can't go wrong!
Below is the info on this great dish we hope you try it out!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time:
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:
1 LB Linguine
1/2 Pound of Bacon, cooked and diced.
5-6 Cups of Baby Spinach
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 (8 oz) Package of Cream Cheese, warmed.
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil.
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Pinch of Nutmeg. We said Paprika but its Nutmeg!

Directions:
Cook the linguine in a pot, add some salt and oil to help with the process and to keep the pasta from sticking together.
On a cooking sheet place tin foil down, then place about 1/2 pound of bacon strips down.  Cook at 400 degrees until done.
In a sauce pan heat up the olive oil, onions and spinach.
Cook and stir around on medium to high heat till the spinach cooks down.
Add the milk, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. So the sauce can thicken.
Add about a spoonful of pasta to the cream sauce till you feel comfortable at the mixture.
Take out the pasta and serve on a plate, with a nice salad!  Or Bread sticks, but don't burn them like we did.

Here is the result.

The dish came out really well and we enjoyed it very much.  There are so many fun pasta dishes out there but we do hope you try this one.  It really wasn't that hard to make and didn't cost much at all for the ingredients.  This dish wasn't has heavy as an Alfredo sauce but still has a great creamy texture and very flavorful taste.

Bacon Grilled Cheese

Hello everyone!

We hope you are having a wonderful week and wanted to share a fun and very easy dish to with you!  Everyone knows the popularity of Grilled Cheese so we wanted to finally show you our take!  This Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich is so very easy to make and you can have make it a  lunch or dinner out of it!  One of the reasons this dish is so popular is because of how easy it is to make it also doesn't cost much either.  Grilled cheese is a staple in our society!  Kids and adults love it and we think you will love our take on it!

Below the post is for one sandwich but just alter the measurements for more, its very simple!

Prep Time: 8 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 18 Minutes

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Bacon
2 Slices of Bread
2 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sliced
2 Table Spoons Butter
Side of your choice, tomato Soup is mainly used.

Directions:
Line a cooking sheet tray with tin foil and place the bacon on top.
Set your oven to 400 Degrees F.
Cook the bacon almost all the way, about 8 or so minutes and remove.
Place the bacon aside.
Lay out your bread and cut the Sharp Cheddar Cheese to fit the bread and place on the one side.
Do the same with the bacon.
Place another layer of cheese on the bacon. and place the other piece of bread on top.
Heat up a cooking pan and use about 1 table spoon of unsalted butter.
Once heated up and bubbling place the Sandwich on and let cook for a few minutes.
Once the bottom piece of bread is golden brown, place the whole pan in your oven, keeping the temp at 400 degrees.
Please make sure the pan is oven safe!
Let cook for about 5 minutes and carefully remove.
Remove the sandwich and place a think slice of butter back on the pan and let heat up on the stove.
Flip the sandwich now so the uncooked side is down.
Let cook another few minutes and remove.
Cut and serve with a side dish!

Here it is!

It really came out amazing.  Chef used to just flip his grilled cheese but using the oven now allows the cheese to melt evenly.  If you just flip it on the stove it may not cook the middle of the cheese!  The oven also cooks the rest of the bacon as well.  Please be sure to check our video below to see how we put this awesome and easy dish together!

We do hope you watched our video and enjoyed it!  Again this dish is so simple to make and when you are strapped for an idea or money this is the dish to make!  You can also use different fillers if you do not like or can't eat bacon.  You can also make it classic and just do cheese and bread!  No wrong way, just have fun with it!

Egg Noodle Lasagna

Hello all!
We are closing out our Low and Slow Playlist for a bit as the weather gets warmer out and we start our BBQ Section!  We wanted to make you something we think you would really enjoy and try out with your family!  This dish has a little bit of prep time and some easy slow cooker time.  However when done you will have a meal that can feed your family, and probably a few more!

We really enjoyed this dish because it was so easy to make and the Egg Noodles were a unique spin on things!  The dish came out a bit messy however it really had a great taste to it.  The biggest thing is just how easy this can be.  It was a bit of a handful to remove per it was so tender but once the first serving was out the rest came easier.

Here is all the info you will need!

Serves 8-12

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 3 Hours
Total Time: 3 Hours 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
6 1/2 Cups Wide Egg Noodles (Half Cooked)- You can get Gluten Free Egg Noodles too!
3 Tbsp. Butter
2 1/2 Cups Red Sauce
1 Pound Ground Beef (Cooked)
6 Ounces of Velveeta Cheese (Cubed or melted)
3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1-3 Pinches of AP Rub (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder)
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Cook your pasta about half way through, drain.
Add the butter to the pasta then place aside.
Brown the Beef and season with the AP Rub
In the slow cooker, place some sauce to cover the bottom.
Then add some pasta, to just cover a bit.
Add some of the beef, not all just a small layer.
Sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese again, think layer.
Add a few cubes of Velveeta Cheese.
Repeat this process as you make layers!  (check out our video below to see how we did it)

Cover and set to Low for about 2.5 hours.
Move the heat to Warm for the last half hour.

Sprinkle some extra sauce and parmesan cheese on top!

Plate up and add any sides you like! We did Garlic Bread and a Caesar Salad.

Here is the end result!

As you can see it really has a nice look to it!  The dish was very easy to make and we think you really will enjoy it because it doesn't take that long and most of the work is done by the slow cooker!  It also is a fun spin on your basic Lasagna too!  Check out the video below to see the step by step instructions on how we put this great meal together!

We do hope you watched our video and enjoyed it!  We are trying to give you all fun and new dishes to try.  With the cold weather almost behind us this was a great meal to end on as we now prep for the outside cooking!  Thank you all so much for joining us!
