Sloppy Sally's

Hello all!

Today we want to show you a great and different idea for a  quick 30 minute meal!  Move over Sloppy Joe, Sally is in town!  This is a similar but still different take on the traditional Sloppy Joe.  We also used a hallowed out roll, not a bun so it has a new look to it.  We haven't made a 30 minute meet in a few weeks so we were due!  We really think you and your family will enjoy this unique and different meal.  Spice your average dinner up with this and still have time to relax.  There is little clean up as well!

Serves 6

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Can (15 oz)Tomato Sauce
1 Can (4 oz) Chopped Green Chilies
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pinch of Garlic Salt
1 Package of Sub Rolls

Directions:
Cook the beef along with the onions until the meat is fully brown.
Add in the Tomato Sauce.
Add in the Chilies.
Add the Garlic Salt.
Bring mixture to a boil for a few minutes then drop to a simmer.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
While its simmering, cut the rolls in half, then hollow out he insides.
Before you remove add the cheese and let melt in.
Fill the rolls with the meat mixture.
Plate up with a few sides of your choice.

Serve up!

As you can see they really came out wonderful.  This meal is so fun and easy to make.  We really enjoyed the hallowed out rolls as well.  A different take, not your usually dinner roll style meal.  This meal is one we really like because it is one that is unique and just overall fun to make and eat.  Below is the video so be sure to check that out so you can see how Chef puts this quick meal together!

We do hope you enjoyed this video today and this post.  Again, give this a try!  Put a new fun meal down for dinner!  Simple and quick, it is one of our 30 minute meals after all!  We really try to get these out because we know how busy the work week is so we do hope everyone is enjoying them and if you want more let us know!

Remember,

Cooking should be FUN, have FUN doing it!
