Cheesy Taco Pasta

Hello all!
    Hope this post finds you well!  We have been really moving along and just making all kinds of great ideas for you.  We do hope you have been enjoying them and have been trying some new ones out!
     Today we have a Cheesy Taco Pasta dish we think you will really enjoy!  This is a nice comfort dish that won't take long.  This dish is full of flavor and is not difficult to make at all.  This dish is also a one pot meal so everything is done in one dish!  Now granted we cooked our bacon in our oven on a cooking sheet, but shhh..  One of the reasons we really liked this dish is because it is a different and unique dish with a variety of flavor.  The clean up is also very easy, this dish makes a great weekend dish or weekday one for those busy nights!  We think the family will really enjoy it!

Ingredients:
1 Pound of Beef (You can use other meats)
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
2 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cup Pasta
1 Cup Salsa
3 Cups Shredded Taco Cheese
1/2 Chopped Tomato
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Parsley
Crushed Tortilla chips


Directions:
Cook the beef till fully brown
Add pinch of salt and pepper
Add taco seasoning
Add Water and stir in
Add Pasta
Add Salsa
Bring to a boil then down to a simmer
Let simmer for 15 minutes till pasta is tender
Cut up 1/2 Tomato
Turn off heat and stir in the cheese
Plate up in a large bowl and add some chopped tomatoes, crushed tortilla chips and Parsley.




As you can see it has a great look to it.  We really think you will enjoy!  Below is our video.
