Crab Dip

     Hello all!
Chef wanted to share this special appetizer with everyone! Crab dip is found in many different books as well as online.  Chef took a few ideas and made his own!  This dip doesn't take long to make and can be served with many options from cold to toasted and on may different style breads or chips.  We think you will enjoy this one because how often does anyone bring a good crab dip to the party?  With spring just a around the corner this will be a great outside food snack as well!  So don't bring the same old chips and dip when you can bring Chef's Crab Dip!


Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes


Ingredients: 
1 Package of intimation crab.
1 Package of Cream Cheese 8 oz
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
1 Pinch of Garlic Salt
3-4 Table Spoons Chopped Green Onions
1 Stack of small Wantons
1 Loaf of Garlic Tuscan Bread (or another you prefer)
2 Table Spoons of Dill Weed
1/4 Cup Melted Butter


Directions:
In a small bowl take your melted butter and add 1 table spoon of dill weed, mix. Place aside
In a larger bowl mix the soften cream cheese
Add sour cream
Add Garlic Salt
Add Chopped Onions
Add 1 table spoon dill weed
Add Crab and mix together well and place aside.

Take your wantons and cut them in quarters or halves and place them on a sprayed cooking sheet.
Set your oven to broil and place the pan in the oven.
Cook for about 5 minutes but check often.
Once cooked take out and place in a large bowl, drizzle the butter dill glaze over and mix.
Place the Crab dip in serving bowl and plate up wantons.
Cut up the other bread you are using and toast.
Serve all together!
