Shepherd's Pie

Hello all!
     We hope everyone is having a great week and with St. Patrick's Day this week we hope everyone is taking the time to celebrate!  What a fun time to just try new foods.  We took the time to show you how to make a very simple Irish dish.  Shepherd's Pie is such a classic meal and very delicious.  This also makes a great comfort dish especially during these cold nights!

Prep Time: 15 Min
Cook Time: 30 Min
Total Time: 45 Min

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup chopped Onions
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Sweet Corn
Mashed Potatoes
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Italian Seasoning 
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (sprinkle)
4 Table Spoons of Butter

Directions:
Make your mashed potatoes to your liking.
In a bowl mix the two corns together.
Heat up a skillet pan and add beef and chopped onions.
Once cooked, spoon into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Layer the corn next.
Layer the mashed potatoes last.
Sprinkle some Cheddar cheese on top
Add pinch of Italian Seasoning.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.

Take out and serve up.

As you can see!


          As you can see it has a really nice look and just full of flavor.  This dish really is so easy to make.  The prep is simple too, making the mashed potatoes maybe the hardest part.  You can also look at different ideas on what to fill so have fun and experiment!  Below is our video so be sure to check it out!
